| "The deck arrived relatively quickly, and securely packaged. I found minor aesthetic faults that do not affect the ride: very small scratch on the foil on the bottom, and the griptape is misaligned somewhat. The dek seems and feels solidly built. The board rides very nice, feels stable. Being a beginner I have not tried any tricks, but set up with a pair of Paris V2 50's, Mindless VooDoo bearings and some noname wheels it is nice to carve on, I can even pump a little. Overall, I am satisfied with the deck." | |

| "I like the Madrid board overall and not too flexible (stiff). It is a large board with tons of space and both ends can be used to lift or kick the other end up. It reminds me of a Platypus. I love the grip tape design and it is reasonable priced. I paired it with Caliber trucks which I consider 1st rate. I used some 95 mm diameter wheels which required me to add 1/2 (12mm) risers to avoid wheels coming into contact with board while turning (wheel pinch). I would like to try it with 70 mm wheels and see how it handles without risers. Overall a great board." | |
