The scooter which you have purchased is a transport scooter with several adjustable parts and it's quite normal for scooters with these kind of parts to make some noise when it's being used. If you suspect that something might be wrong the scooter, we will of of course take a look it for you. In this case it would be very helpfull if you send us a short video of the rattling part in motion.
