The first skateboard deck shipped had scratch damage as the board was not packed and secured in the box with sufficient packing, the board had plenty of room to shift around in the box ultimately causing damage in shipping. My request for it to be replaced was taken care of right away, however, the second box received was in worse shape than the first box (which is not the fault of SkatePro), but again the board had two small pieces of bubble wrap on the ends and WAY TOO MUCH ROOM TO MOVE AROUND IN THE BOX." | |

Your order took 6 working days due to weather conditions, however, it still arrived in the expected delivery time. We're sorry to hear that the helmet didn't fit. Even though our size charts help our customers to find the correct size, bodies can differ in real life and there's a chance that products won't fit. The helmet has only adjustable chin strap and it's indicated that the size is not adjustable.
