I feel the dates shown on the website about product delivery do not match the actual delivery dates and more importantly, the online delivery tracker did not work and there was no communication about the delay until it was too late for me to buy new skates for Christmas. I don’t mind delays but I do mind when a company doesn’t keep the consumer informed and doesn’t take accountability. I think skate pro misleads people and I intend to pursue this legally according to the record of purchase and communications I have been keeping." | |
