| "Overall a very good experience. The item was as described and arrived quickly. The box it came in was a bit shabby due to the fact it wasn't packeged that well, but no damage to the item inside. The only issue was the laces I ordered with the skates were put into the packaging in a brown padded bag, which matched the inside of the box so was missed when the skates were taken out, and ended up in the bin. The better solution would to tape them to the outside of the skate box, or even tuck them in with the skates, to ensure I didn't have to go fossicking through the bin to pick them out! Thanks." | |
