Not only has it got the shortest handle available (when I wanted the longest), but it also has a deformed front wheel. The front wheel is not moulded correctly. It looks as if there was air in the mould or the mould just didn't fill with polymer when being made. Shocking quality! To crown at all I can't get SkatePro to respond to two emails and two web help requests. Useless service. I just wasted over $300 buying this product. I give it a five because my son is quite tall (5'3") for his age (11) and wears men's size 10 shoes and the scooter has options for a wider and longer deck as well as higher bar height. I think he just has to get used to the new weight and size to be able to do the same tricks as before. Much happier with ordering custom vs what other retailers here (Alberta, Canada) bring in as stock. A bit pricey, even on sale, but what isn't these days. My son uses it every day, it gets him outside and off video games, it saves him from going nearsighted and needing glasses from too much close up device time, (I am an optometric assistant), that justifies the price in my book!!
