Back in 2020 I first came across this stores website (SkatePro) I tried to order a similar ski package, however at that time they did not ship to Canada, however they do now. The price for the items that I tried to order back in 2020 were somewhat cheaper than what I paid for them in 2022, but what items aren't more expensive today! Since this is a replacement frame, the supplier assumes that the customer is already owning skates with frames, meaning the old hardware can just be taken over. |

Website masquerading as business in the UK with .uk webpage but items actually coming from abroad, affecting delivery time. Wouldn't have ordered if I'd know this as sending back would've been costly and a nightmare - these were a gift. Arrived late for my daughter's bday. Skate pro customer service were ok, but the tracking and delivery info I was sent was all incorrect kept indicating they would be delivered on time and when they didn't show up Skate Pro said the tracking info was nonsense and there's no way they'd arrive on time. Pretty disappointed." | |

You are of course very welcome to try the skates on to see if they fit, the same as you would in any other store. Once an item has been used more than that, we can no longer accept the return. When we received the skates back, they were dirty and damaged, and we can no longer sell them. Therefore we could not accept your return. |
