| "Really bad experience through the ordering process. I placed my order February 1st and my card was charged on February 2nd. After the card was charged, I was informed that the item was actually out of stock and offered replacement options that were worse than what I originally ordered or not comparable. I asked for a third alternative that was also worse than the one ordered but at least close to the original. I was told item would be shipped right away. close to 20 days later the item remains in transit, and while I understand global logistic challenges due to Covid, it is unacceptable that SkatePro never provided updates on the order and I had to keep reaching out for news." | |

I understand your disappointment with the parcel not arriving during the estimated window, but unfortunately we can only estimate these times for you and in some cases the courier experiences delays that are out of our control. Your parcel was stuck due to delays at UPS' German depot due to Covid outbreaks and the weather. We have tried to update you on the contact we had with UPS regarding the delayed parcel, but I'm sorry to hear that this was not sufficient. | "Skatepro are crooks. Bought the Anon M4 Toric ski goggles that clearly stated it came with a 2nd spare lens (written on the order confirmation) and a MFI neck warmer. First, they shipped the goggles loose in a brown padded envelope. No box or any protection whatsoever. Not damaged but clearly poor service. Secondly the spare lens was not included and neither was the neck warmer. I called and email and the response was negative. The 2 items were not included even when it says it on the confirmation and on the goggle strap (comes with spare lens). Now when I try and return they want to charge me for shipping cost. Will be elevating this to their management." | |

As my colleague already shared with you, our purchasing department says that you are 100% correct that these should have come with a neck warmer and extra lens. Unfortunately, these got lost, and we do not have any more spare. We therefore encourage you to use the return label we offered you for free, so you will get a full refund for the returned product. Didn't realise they were coming from outside UK, and was concerned about any extra charges, thankfully that didn't happen. Seemed to linger in Belgium for 5 days before the remainder of their journey. Anyhow, the tyres are great, when compared to similar lightweight folding bead offerings, that would've come in at £70+ for a pair, as opposed to £50 for these wire beaded ones. Sidewalls are nice and supple, and feels like there's plenty of rubber in the 'tread' area. Would use this company again." | |
