I would also like to point out that my shipment was 2 days late and package was in rough shape when it arrived. These items have been customized to your needs and your right of withdrawal no longer applies. Upon adding the product with the mounting service this is mentioned, and you are asked to agree with this upon proceeding with ordering. This only applies to customized products. I got online and found the same boot one size up and took that gamble. The boots came quickly and are just right for him. I ordered a Head Radar ski helmet that showed in stock at the time but I got an email a day later stating that the helmet was no longer in stock. I called Skatepro and spoke with a very nice person and I ended up ordering another Head Radar helmet that was about $30 more but they gave it to me for the same price as the one that was no longer in stock because they sad that was only fair. I was very happy to be getting a better helmet at the same price. The helmet was already at a lower price than anyone else on line so I got a real great deal. I received my by UPS in about a week and I love it. The Head Radar helmet is a great ski helmet." | |
