| "This is the worst experience I have had purchasing skates. My package has been sitting Germany for 11 days. I had to chat (since they don’t bother returning emails) numerous times to be told if I cancel the order as it is not arriving on time I have to wait until it scans back in Europe. It never left Germany! They don’t have to wait an extra 11 days to get their money but it’s okay to that I am out of the funds and have no skates to show for it. There was no notification of any delays when I ordered. When I check in on Monday on my order a large yellow banner finally said their were delays. They will give a response to this review. Part of the retailer’s job is getting the product to the customer. To say sorry it’s wasn’t us does not alleviate the responsibility of the retailer. They wouldn’t even give me the price adjustment until the skates arrived…they take no accountability. Inlinewarehouse, proskater’s place and shop/task are legit and have never failed me." | |

I can see that we were in correspondence quite often while your order was in transit to you, and have come to an agreement about how to make up for this delay that your parcel experienced while with UPS. Inventory and options are very poor in the USA on these bindings and they want full retail price. Was not sure about ordering from a shop in Denmark but USA reviews online were all positive on Skatepro. Bindings were shipped right away but then were stuck in Germany for about week, however they arrived in California two days after leaving Germany. Not bad at all considering all the worldwide shipping issues right now. Just in time for ski season if we get any snow here... Will definitely use Skatepro again for ski equipment." | |

| "Measured the foot, chose the right size, size ok (length) although fits terrible, plasters on both feet, after heat moulding made it even worse, after doing so, no refund available, when contacted them was advised to try different brand, or other liner starting at £70. Went for this as I wanted some good brand, turned out not so good. Stuck with a pair of skates that I can't keep on my feet more than 2 minutes, so uncomfortable. I was very excited about rolling, but seems like it won't happen." | |

When buying freeskates, it is important to get the perfect size, which we understand is very difficult to do online. We try to help and ease this process as much as possible, however, everyone's feet are different and skates can fit differently. It is very odd though that skates are still uncomfortable even after they have been heat molded... Unfortunately, once this is done, we cannot accept the skates back anymore as they have been customized. Our claims department advised to try out liners to see if this would improve the fit. | "This was the worst online consumer experience I have had in years. I spent weeks dealing with fed ex to get my skis shipped, and receiving mis information from skate pro staff. Then I was charged additionally for shipping to CA. Inevitably I was refunded what fed ex charged me additionally to ship domestically. But that couldn't begin to make up for my experience. I spend thousands of dollars a year on new ski gear, and many of my friends look to me when they need to know where to go. I am close to many businesses in the mountain community. I have a major network of professional skiers and snowboard friends, and entrepreneurs. I would never recommend this company unfortunately. I would even warn people about shopping here, and about my experience." | |

| "I ordered some G-Form elbow and knee/shin guards from Skatepro.ca and the products were in stock as stated and were shipped from the store the next day. However, what I didn't realize is that "Skatepro.CA" is actually in Denmark and not in Canada (my bad for not digging some more), so my order was being shipped from there! The package was sent via UPS and had a scheduled delivery date of about 1 week, which was still awesome considering it was being shipped from Denmark to Canada! Through no fault of Skatepro, my package ended up in Cologne Germany the next day where is stayed for over 2 weeks! I called UPS several times to no avail but my package finally arrived almost 3 weeks later no duty or extra charges, the box was a bit squished but the product was perfect, in original packaging and perfect condition. So Skatepro and product were great!" | |

Usually we do not experience such massive delays, however, UPS had mechanical issues and many parcels could not have been placed on the plane in time, which resulted in a massive backlog in Europe. To our knowledge, this issue has already been resolved and there should not be any major delays anymore. | "Skis, boots and poles all arrived quickly and seem to be the right sizes. The skis came with bindings mounted but that was not abundantly clear from their website so ordered a pair of bindings and mounting plates due to that. While I could ship them back, the cost of doing so would probably eliminate most of the refund. Staff should have caught that error and sent a confirmation email before finalizing the order. Their website should not indicate that bindings will not be mounted as they were not ordered with the skis either. A minor irritation overall as I will be skiing this winter!" | |

Răspuns de la SkatePro: Hi Mark, Thank you for your feedback! I can see that the skis you have ordered are Atomic Redster S7 Skate + Binding Cross Country Skis. The name of the skis mention that the bindings are included. I am sorry if you have missed this information.. Usually, once the order is placed for skis and bindings separately, the system stops the order for our inspection. However, it did not do that this time, as the skis already come with bindings, therefore there was no need for us to check the compatibility of skis and bindings. You are right though, you did order a mounting plate and bindings separately as well, however, as mentioned before, since the skis come with its own bindings, the system did not recognize the need to pause the order. I am very sorry about this inconvenience. This is a very specific case, which typically never occurs as we inspect each order that the system stops... You can still return the bindings and plates back to us, however, if you do not wish to do so, I believe you can always sell them online. Again, I am sorry about this case...
