| "I am very reluctant to leave 5 stars but I feel its not skatePro that is at fault here. placed an order and they est my package to arrive on 26/10 the courier GLS are shocking. No update on parcel in 48 hours. Seems to be stuck in endless loop going between hubs in France. Contacted yesterday who said they would raise a query with GLS and come back to me, havent yet heard anything but in the mean time I rang GLS advised that the parcel is not set to even arrive in Ireland for 5 days! a full week after the est del date,. Very upset. I have to give 5 stars to skatepro. Any time I contact them they are really helpful.very kind and offer a great service. Just really sad I wont have my parcel for my Birthday now as 2nd Nov. My package came. Sadly have to report there is a large split in my board and marks all over the grip tape. There is rush on axles of trucks and nuts on wheel end have been marked as if skated them prev and landed in Primo - awaiting update from SkatePro Claims" | |

Usually we do not experience such massive delays, however, UPS had mechanical issues and many parcels could not have been placed on the plane in time, which resulted in a massive backlog in Europe. We have kindly asked you to provide a few pictures or a video where we can clearly see the issue (this is our standard procedure), you have mentioned that you had already taken the scooter to your local repair shop, so they could take a look. We completely understand that this was done in order to get the situation fixed as soon as possible, so your son could use the scooter again, unfortunately, once this is done, we could not have offered you a new scooter or new parts for free as we did not receive any evidence of the malfunction. I can see, however, that my colleague Elliot did offer you a partial refund of 10% of the scooter price. I have processed the refund. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for a refund to be visible in your bank statements, depending on your bank. Overall, I am really sorry about this experience.
