I can see that our colleague advised you about this as, when we talk about old skates, models are a bit hard to find replacements. We sent you an example of the tool needed to insert the buckles. | "Highly disappointed !! I ordered a pair of K2 freedom. I literally wore them one time on concrete 1/2 mile. During that time I experienced unparallel pain and discomfort, coming from the lack of support provided by the skates. I reached out to skatepro to explain my discomfort. They emailed me back in a timely manner explaining to me what to do next. So I sent a video and a picture as per the email. They emailed me back saying they agree with me send them in. I spent more money sending them back to later discover it was nothing they could do for me regarding the skates. They sent them back to me. $260 down the drain because I can't use the skates at all. Overall very good punctual, very good communication, very poor products, I would not recommend spending here." | |
