Meaning that they are not made for professional skating and crazy tricks! In this case, I would recommend you to buy truck from brand “Independent”, as they are better quality and will last longer. It looked as if the package had been opened en route (whether by accident or on purpose is unknow) and one wheel had rolled away. When I contacted SkatePro to inform them of the problem, I was surprised by their quick response and immediate offer to send a replacement wheel at no charge. There was no haggling or teeth-pulling. Just immediate action to remedy the problem. It was a much smoother experience than what tends to pass for online customer service, these days. I will definitely be shopping again." | |

As you need to buy it, we capture the amount for it. We return postage costs only if there has been an error in our side. For instance, sent you out a wrong product. Regarding the return, even if you have ordered four items together, but want to return only one of them, it is not a problem. We will issue you a refund for the item which you return to us.
